Refund Policy

Refund Policy for J. Marie Life Coaching Services

Effective Date: 3/01/2025

At J. Marie Life Coaching LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality life coaching services to support your personal growth and transformation. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or request a refund. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Coaching Session Refunds

  • Single Sessions: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Coaching Packages: If you purchase a multi-session package and wish to cancel, refunds will be prorated based on the sessions used, minus a processing fee of 50.00. No refunds will be provided after 3 sessions have been completed.

2. No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be issued. You may reschedule once at no additional cost if you notify us at least 12 hours before the session.

3. Digital Products and Resources

  • Due to the nature of digital products (e-books, workbooks, online courses, etc.), all sales are final, and refunds are not available once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

4. Subscription-Based Services

  • If you are enrolled in a subscription-based coaching program, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

  • We understand that life happens. If you experience an emergency or extenuating circumstances that prevent you from continuing coaching, please contact us at colleen@jmarielifecoaching.com. Refund requests in these cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, email colleen@jmarielifecoaching.com with your full name, order details, and reason for the refund request.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

7. Policy Updates

  • We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
